About js-devs-task-force
English (USA)

The JavaScript Developers Task Force is a volunteer group formed to provide technical support to the Free Software Foundation's Free JavaScript campaign.

The group's work includes producing reports on Web sites' JavaScript licensing, writing patches to make sites work without nonfree JavaScript or to relicense JavaScript, providing advice to site maintainers to help them make their sites run without nonfree JavaScript, and advising the campaign leadership on potential focuses for the campaign.

If you'd like to join, please submit a request with this form, and send an email to campaigns@fsf.org with the subject "I'd like to join js-devs-task-force." Include a short description of your Web development and general free software experience, especially as it relates to JavaScript and licensing.

Note that the Task Force is different than the Free JavaScript Action team, the email list that people join when they participate in the campaign by petition a site owner to make their site work without nonfree JavaScript.
